I heard of you through some friends of mine and also on the Native

Indian youth, especially you being an Indian women and all which give us
women hope that there are somethings that women, not just any women but
American Indian women can accomplish. By what you are doing is like
telling us Indian women that you can be anything that you put your mind
to. I would just like to thank you for that. THANKS FOR BEING AN
INSPIRATION for us American Indian people.

I am an enrolled member of the Northern
Cheyenne tribe from Montana. I currently live in Bismarck, North Dakota. I
just wanted you to know that I read your profile on Native Threads and want
to congratulate you on all of your success. It’s people like you who work
hard to make a life for themselves and than try to give something back to
their people. I am impressed by all of your accomplishments and all of your
hard work. I would like to be kept abreast of the things you are doing and
want to know if that would be possible, again congratulations on all of your
success. Thank you for your time and have a nice day.

I am so happy
that I was given a link to your site by a Native elder!
I am half Irish and half Native American myself (Pottawatomie, Ottawa,
and Chippewa). I also spin house music. We seem to have a lot in common.
I live in Kalamazoo Michigan. Do you ever venture out this way? Nice to
meet you Native Sister…Please keep in touch!
By the way, my friends and I are part of a forum/community that I would
like to invite you to.

Thanks for your wonderful music!
Everytime I hear great music on planetsoulnetwork, I
Have to see who it is. More than once it's been your mix. I'm glad to know
more women DJs are contributing & it seems your outlook on life is reflected
in your music.
Keep on with the great music! |

I just heard one of
your mixes "positivity" on PSN yesterday and I must say...you are phenomenal
(not to mention visually stunning). Great song selection & fun, lively
technique. Your site says feel free to request a CD, so here I am begging
and pleading for a disc, it might cost you a few pennies though. "Positivity"
is the only one I know, so that is what I am asking for, but if you think
you have a better mix, I am all for it.

I would just like to say that I am so in
awe of you.......I am 1/4th Irish and 3/4th Kiowa, I am a native of
Oklahoma.....I just happened upon your profile from the Native Threads
website. I am so proud of you, you have accomplished so much....like I said
I am in awe. I am a Native American woman, I have three daughters, which I
am raising on my own. And I only hope that all three of them will achieve as
much as you have...walk in beauty...!

I've been playing
house for over 20 yrs. I originally from Chicago il, the south side. I grew
up spinning with tyree cooper, farley jackmaster funk and other as well, I
have stopped spinning a while ago and turned to other things like my bass
playing and family. but just listening to your MP3 and a few others, I just
started spinning again about 7 months ago, new 1200s, new vinyl and ready. I
just want to say that your mixes are really good, your passes are smooth and
they are not too smooth, where the song sounds like the entire disk which my
people loose interest, in the passes the next song should change the colors
and people should feel you coming ( your new shit stompin through). Im
diggin you and im coming out of retirement. thank you.

I'm currently in college at United Trives Technical College. Im Taking up
Tribal Tourism, Im preparing to articulate Native American history and
culture from our point of view. Im enrolled at Turtle Mt. Band of Chippewa's
in North Dakota. I was wondering what kind of positive impact you are making
for your community, I never heard your mix's before and am hoping I will. I
have been into hip-hop my whole life, and their aint nothing better than a
Native sister doing her thing. Thought I would drop you a line because your
pic was so cute. If you aint to busy drop me a line and tell me where i can
pick up your music. Peace

I attended the
Youth Symposium in T-Bay. Before then, I never had an interest nor liked
techno aka dance music. You've opened my ears to something new...and just
wanted to see if I could get some of your CD's. It was a blast and I've
never sweated so much in my life...LOL! Your music helped me to unleash the
wild and crazy personality in myself and coming outta my shell!! Let me know
how we can make a transaction...;)

Hey, DJ KWE!
I was a witness to your fabulous melodic mix this past Saturday/Sunday at
Ouzo’s in Kalamazoo and simply had to e-mail you to let you know how much
joy it brought me in a small city where the music scene is oft lame as all
get out (how often are you at Ouzo’s?). Then I thought, Oh my god, the guys
and I absolutely need a kick-ass deejay this September for Pink Soiree!
it would be fantastic to receive word from you – and I look forward to (I
hope) enjoying your mixes in the not-so-distant future.

"I believe that your humble visit has opened a door in our community. A door
that I hope all of us who love house music can pass through and find the
positivity and the essence of house on the other side. Thank you
for the sacrifices and your efforts. You rocked!”
Dearest KWE - You are one of my
BIGGEST inspirations! I admire your attitude towards life and crave to
hear your many words of wisdom. Your original tracks are certainly
one-of-a-kind, I am thoroughly impressed. I must say that you have made
a HUGE impact on the world through your positivity. Keep up the
outstanding work and keep blazin' those trails.
I just can't see how ANYONE could ever say anything bad about you....any
nay-sayers towards you are not my associates. I've learned through
stormy weather that you ARE the real deal and abSOULutely worth fighting
for!
Together in the spirit of music,
DJ Jenna
